  • Please RSVP by May 15th on the RSVP page here. With the exception of children, each guest must RSVP separately.

  • Plus ones are by invitation only and noted on your invitation by name or as “& Guest”. Please make sure to RSVP for your guest.

  • While we love your children, only children on the bride & groom’s immediate and extended families sides are invited. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding!

  • Yes! Please use the booking links here. We recommend booking directly at the links.

    The Graduate Hotel is our primary hotel and is walking distance to our ceremony and reception. Group Code: FGW

    If the booking link or the front desk mentions there are no rooms left, please contact Megan and Kurt.

  • Attire: Summer Garden Formal

    We encourage guests to dress in formal attire, embracing our summer garden theme (florals, bright colors, midi dresses, linen suits, etc.)

    Please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride (white, cream, etc.).

    For our Friday night Welcome Party, Guests are welcome to dress in (red) casual attire.

  • Please be seated by 3:30 PM. Enjoy welcome beverages and activities pre-ceremony. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. No late entry will be permitted.

    • Friday, July 25th at 6:00 PM - Welcome Party at Henke Hall. Located on the North end of Memorial Stadium. Address HERE.

    • Saturday, July 26th - Ceremony at Rose Well House. Please be seated by 3:30 PM. Address HERE.

      • Cocktail Hour + Reception at Franklin Hall starting 5:00PM. Steps away from our ceremony!

    • Sunday, July 27th - Farewell Breakfast at The Graduate Hotel. Come and go as you please from 9 to 11 AM!

  • If you’re not staying at a local hotel, convenient parking is available at the IMU Biddle Hotel, along with additional options in nearby street parking and surrounding lots.
